AMD or Intel Cores?

I was thinking to possibly switch out my AMD Core for a Intel one. Although it is working fine, I was wondering if I should either upgrade the AMD Core or get a intel core instead.
I was also thinking to possibly change out the graphics card. So if anyone has a suggestion with a budget of 500$-1000$ please feel free to comment on this thread!

Why do you want to switch from AMD to Intel?

I've always been a big fan of Intel CPU's and I don't think I've owned any AMD cpu in the past, but I don't have any specific reason for it.

If you have much money to spend on a CPU, then Intel Core i9 11900K is a very good choice for $775. But if you don't, you should buy AMD Ryzen 7 5800X instead because it's a lot cheaper (costs around $450) and still very good for CS:GO and other games.

I've no idea what graphics card to choose, I use GTX 1080 Ti and I'm fine with that ?
