Jailbreak
- Added §1.16 Frysregler and Hide N' Seek (HNS) to the Jailbreak rules
- Added Hide N' Seek to the Event Day menu
- Enabled the center hud where players can see if there is a Warden and how many players are alive
- Added flashlights for CT. Press the +lookatweapon key (default "F") to toggle on/off or bind a key to sm_flashlight.
- Updated a few cvars that will hopefully improve the performance on the servers
